How do I apply for a discount?
In the register section, you will find a link which displays all valid discount codes. Click on it and choose the appropriate discount code, which you can use when registering.
If you have received a discount code via email or through one of our partners, feel free to use the code which provides you the highest discount. Click here to register.
My company wants more than 10 tickets. Is there a corporate bulk discount available?
Yes. We do have a special offer for corporates that wish to to buy more than 10 tickets. Contact us for your special corporate discount coupon code.
If I am not able to make it, can I get a refund for my ticket?
We are able to process refunds requested in writing until October 01st. If we do not receive a written request by this date, we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, contact us with the new attendee’s name, email, title, company, and phone number. Please note, tickets can only be transferred to another ticket holder until October 20th.
